Working on more Polaroids, I’ve always loved photography (I worked as a photographer for years) but the technology part of it wasn’t hands on enough for me. I needed to be able to make art with my hands and not just on a screen (that is just my own personal experience, photography is amazing, I have many friends that are photographers, and many love what you can do with the technology and screens, that’s ok! I’m not knocking it, it’s just not for me anymore (altho I still do photoshoots here and there) and the fact I have to explain that bc someone will be “trigger” I think is ridiculous but this is the world we live in right lol) - Soooo… I found a love for manipulating Polaroid photos I take. Best of both worlds 😅🤍
I have 5 of these framed ready for a new home, they are 10”x10” framed (black box frame. I’ll post photos of the framed ones tonight or tmr) This particular one is a photo of pill bottles I took back when I got sober and had to get rid of all my “stash”. There’s a story behind each one (which will come with the piece for you to read or not, your choice).
